If you've forgotten the password you set to access your tablet, you may have a couple options. If it's an older tablet with Android 4.4 or earlier, you should be able to enter an incorrect password, then tap the Forgot password button that appears. For Android 5.0 and later, you'll have to perform a factory reset from the recovery partition. Look up info on how to do this for your device.
