    There are some molecules in cocoa that can improve blood flow and there are also antioxidant effects. Dark chocolate has been linked to somewhat improved circulation and perhaps even slightly improved insulin sensitivity. The challenge is that you're eating this in conjunction with a lot of sugar or other kinds of processed ingredients, so the health benefits might be more blunted.
