My dad told me he’s gonna homeschool me, and I’m scared. My school is very bad to me, but I would gladly take it any day over homeschooling. HHHEEELLLPPP!!!

Calm down, homeschooling is great :). Go into it with a good attitude, and it’ll be easier :). There’s multiple people on wH that are homeschooled who I’m sure will help you out XD,

Go into something a “ok, let’s look forward to it and look for all the good stuff” is gonna make it so much easier :). If you start a with a negative frame of mind, then it just highlights the bad parts.

I’m being bullied and harassed by the school staff. I can’t be who I am in my school, and I’m creative. :"-(

Hey I understand…I was homeschool to once! And it is tough your parents are in control of what you learn…And there your teacher sometimes they might get rough or tough (or is that just mine! Lol) and you won’t be around friends…but try it out!!!:slight_smile:you might enjoy it there’s pros and cons Pro…get to sleep in…have tv breaks…And eat what you want Con…What I already explained… But at least try it for a month or three… if u don’t like It talk to your parents!:slight_smile:

If your school is bad to you, talk to your father and ask him to put you in some other school.

I’m homeschooled too and it’s a wonderful way of learning. If your parents appreciate your creativity, they should be encouraging this ability; don’t you think it would be good to learn more about something you love doing? Think about getting away from the bullying too. You’re not alone with that; the same sort of thing happened to me when I used to go to school. Schools these days…they really make me cringe.

I used to be homeschooled and it was great. I actually got ahead of most kids my age. I did get a grade ahead. It helps you to become independant and a great thinker. Don’t worry its nothing to be scared of.

I was homeschooled and I did NOT want to quit! You can stay in your bed, snuggled in your pj’s playing with SIRI all day while you work! You eat junk food, you can even work outside! Don’t worry, it’ll be so fun! You also have your own school routine!

I have been homeschooled for most of my life (IM IN GRADE 10!) and I love it! I get one on one attention and I do so much better than before! You can take extra “classes” to use your creativity such as art class with other homeschoolers! You wont get bullied anymore, you can sleep in later than most kids, go on some awesome field trips, and you will be way more flexible with your schedule!!! Homeschoolers learn more, have more fun (in my opinion) and you get to meet many others just like you who homeschool! You even finish school earlier than non homeschoolers as long as you are actually working on your school. if you have any questions, just ask!!!
