Today, only sometimes did my wikiHow messages have the red message number. Sometimes it worked perfectly, but sometimes it has trouble. Help please?

Check whether you have written the correct characters. Can you take a screenshot. Or maybe it could be an empty page.

The number Lucy is referring to is the message notification count, displayed in a red circle in the messages tab. I have faced this a few times before, but never given it much thought, since it’s a sporadic issue.
