It keeps showing up…1 or 2…usually 1. Telling me that I have a message, or a thumbs up, and fan mail. Even though you have already seen it…more than once… I use FF whatever it’s at now Windows 7 computer

Used to have the same issue, but it went away*

The number unread is cached, but the cache should theoretically clear once you’ve read the messages. Do you know if you can reproduce it or screencast it happening?

Does manually clearing your cache fix the problem?

I haven’t tried that. Will do that the next time it acts up.

Worked for me, but should I have to do this manually each time I get a message…? Not happening anymore for me but when it did doing it manually worked.
