Just noticed while patrolling some intro image removals via QG that after someone edits an image link and it gets rolled back, the picture appears in QG. Example: http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Calculate-the-Distance-from-Lightning&action=history
An editor changed the image link, which was rolled back. The picture subsequently appeared in QG to be removed. Not sure if the picture was voted on before, so this may not be a bug, just erroneous results garnered from observations.
