I tried to change the color of my talk page design and got a message that said “Edit aborted by hook. It gave no explanation.”
Afterward, it wouldn’t let me publish my talk page even though I tried several times. Is it a new feature or a glitch?
That note means you have a blacklisted phrase somewhere on the page. If something gets on your Talk page before it’s blacklisted, and then it gets blacklisted, no further edits will publish to it because of the blacklisted phrase. You’ll need to find what’s blacklisted and delete it - I’d do that for you, but I’m a bit tight on time at the moment, sorry!

I cleared my talk page, so now it works.
