  1. The best way to get help from a real person at Roku through X/Twitter is to send a private message . Support is available through X daily from 9 AM to 9 PM PT. [1] If you don't have an X account, you'll need to create one first. To send a direct message:
    • Open the X app on your phone or tablet or sign in to https://www.x.com in a web browser.
    • Click or tap the search icon and type rokusupport .
    • Select @RokuSupport .
    • Click or tap the envelope icon to start a DM.
    • Type your question or concern. Be sure to mention which Roku product you have, and your username if you're having an account problem. Do not include your password or other sensitive information.
    • You'll usually hear back on the same day, but give it at least one full business day before messaging them again.
  2. If you have a general complaint or concern that doesn’t require you to provide private info, you can tweet @RokuSupport instead. Your tweet can be a maximum of 280 characters, so you'll have to be brief. [2] Tweets are not private , so do not include credit card numbers, account numbers, addresses, or phone numbers. To tweet at Roku:
    • Open the X app on your phone or tablet or sign in to https://www.x.com in a web browser.
    • Click or tap the search icon and type rokusupport to search for and select @RokuSupport.
    • Click or tap the + or feather button to start a new tweet.
      • Because you're already on the Roku Support page, starting a new tweet will add "@RokuSupport" to the beginning of your tweet.
    • Explain your issue. For example, "I need to know why the WeTV channel isn't working on any of my Rokus. Please contact me.").
    • If the Roku Support team needs more information, they'll reply with a link that allows you to contact them privately.
