How to Find Out Why You Were Suspended on Xbox Live

    If your account has been suspended, you may see one of these messages when you sign in to Xbox Live:
    • "Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option."
    • "This console has been banned for violations of the Terms of Use."

    The time could only be three days for the first offence then the next time it happens it's seven days and it just keeps adding up every time you get reported for the reason.
