      • By screwing the 1x4 onto the post toward one end of the 1x4 and facing the Mailbox in the direction of the long end, the box will stick out past the edge of the bucket. Your mailman will appreciate it.

      • One 4x4 post 4 feet (1.2 m) long (or two 2x4s screwed together)
      • One 1x4 two feet long
      • 4 long deck screws
      • 4 short deck screws
      • One Mailbox
