- Sugar
- Milk

Apple, Banana, and Dates Milkshake
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 6 dates
- 6 almonds
- 2 cups milk
- Sugar or honey to taste (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Steps

Get an apple. Peel, chop, and core the apple.

Get a blender. Put the apples and bananas into the blender but don't start the blender yet.

Pour in 1/3 of milk in the blender. Don't start it just yet.

Add up to 2 teaspoons of sugar. Put these into the blender and start the blender.

Set the blender to whip. Blend for 1 minute.

Crush the ice for a minute in the blender.

Divide the milkshake in two. Pour into glasses. Serve and enjoy.
