QuestionHow long will it take to see definition in my chest muscles?Community AnswerIf you've done any chest exercise in the past but quit and you want to get back into it, you can see muscle definition within as little as two to three weeks after restarting. If you're new and have never done any muscle building exercises, then you still should see a change in muscle definition after a month and you will definitely see noticeable definition and gain (in size) after about two months. However, you need to know that it all depends on how hard you push your muscles. Doing 10 push-ups a day won't do much to your muscles. Muscles respond to demand - the more you demand from them (by working them) the more they will grow. Basically, it's adaptation.
