    In most cases, upon the divorce, the (ex-)spouses are asked if they want to revert back to their own names. If you are still divorcing, then use that opportunity to achieve this. If not, follow the procedure described in this article. But do you really want to? One of the official acts included in a marriage is that the spouses get to choose their married names, so it can be changed anyway when you get married. Seems a bit overkill to do all the paperwork, just to do all the paperwork again once you're married.
