When matching eyebrow color to natural hair color, it is best to match to the color of your roots. If you are still unsure, always lean towards the lighter end. So in this case, I would recommend a medium brown color so that it isn't too overpowering. You can always choose something darker later, but it takes longer to grow out dye than it does to simply re-dye it.
