You may have a setting turned on that makes newly downloaded apps appear only in the App Library. You can add apps to your Home screen by swiping right until you see the App Library. Then, tap and hold the app and select "Add to Home Screen" in the pop up menu.

To have a new password, you would have to click on Settings. Then you will be brought to General and there will be other ones you can choose under the general section. You will click on Password, type in your old password, and then it will ask you to input the new password, allowing you change it.

If your App Store is missing from the home screen, it is because Screen Time or Restrictions are enabled and disabling the download of apps. You will need to turn off Screen Time/Restrictions to get it back. If you removed App Store as the result of a jailbreak, the only way to restore it is to recover using iTunes recovery mode.

Its better using OneDrive, Get your PC and open your browser, then search: OneDrive download, click the top one, then click "Start OneDrive" or "Download", Then download Onedrive on your phone, sign-in where you signed in to OneDrive on your PC and click the "+" Button which is Right-bottom on your screen, then click upload, find it, and wait for it to upload to your PC How to find it then? Hold Windows logo + R at the same time and do: C:\users\[PCusername]\OneDrive, if there is none, contact Microsoft.
