The basic feather wings (the first example) might work, but draw them a bit smaller and with more compact feathers, with a few fainter replicas starting at the same place but ending somewhere more forwards or below to make the optical illusion that it is flapping its wings. And if you want the wings going back, then make it so that, again, they start at the same place but end further forward. Yet you need to put them behind the main wing so it will look like it is going backwards instead, as hummingbirds flap their wings quite a lot.
