Massage your scalp gently until the shampoo stops foaming - which is a signal that it has dissolved as much oil as it can. Rinse well with lukewarm water and gently towel-dry your hair. Repeat the procedure and finish with an apple cider vinegar rinse that you let sit while you wash your body. It makes conditioner superfluous. Rinse by the end of the shower.
