Maybe you have priors in the company or some other valid (regardless of whether it is related or not) reason to assume that you particularly needed disciplinary action after the incident, and not your coworker (who may be a first time offender or had a smaller role in the incident). Either way, to be discrimination there must be explicit evidence to indicate the motive was something other than your actions. Don't assume things, just ask for the reason.
