When installing a screen door on tracks, do I put the top of the door in first and then put the bottom on the track?

Yes. The "wheels" on the screen top should be adjusted enough to allow the screen door to be lifted up high enough for the bottom "wheels" to be set on the track.

What do I do if my new screen door fit until the hinges were installed and now doesn't close all the way?
