The default flatland world doesn't spawn with trees, but if you spawn inside a village, you can use the wood from the houses; the crafting table that naturally generates in the libraries (if you have a library in your village); or sometimes, tree saplings can generate inside blacksmith chests.

That would not be possible unless you add a mod, so try looking around for a mod that will allow this.

You have to find one in a Stronghold. There's no known way to craft an ender portal in survival mode, and they removed the End Portal Frame from the creative inventory. You can try to /give yourself the frame, and if you do, follow the layout that you find in a Stronghold.

To find kelp, simply look in the ocean. To get dried kelp, you put it into a furnace. Then you can either eat them or make them into a block. In which case, you place one in each slot of the crafting table.

You cannot craft a creeper in survival or any other mob. In creative mode, you are able to spawn creepers and other mobs with an egg.
