If your camera is showing a lens error, it's likely because the lens is not properly mounted. Try taking the lens off and remounting it and see if that fixes the issue.

I dropped my camera and can no longer remove the lens. What should I do?

Since the lens is such a sensitive piece of equipment you probably want to take it to a professional. Not only will they be able to remove the lens, but they will be able to check it, and your camera, for other damage. Doing this yourself without advanced knowledge might cause more damage than sustained in the fall.

I have a AXPR wide-angle lens. I think it is scratched, because pictures have black circles on each side. Can that be the problem? Can this scratch be repaired?

If if isn't vignetting that you are seeing, I'd suspect oils on the elements. To determine if scratched, use a flashlight with the lens unmounted and placed on a solid-color surface with the aperture wide open.

My camera works fine until I use my 11 - 16 millimeter lens, then it stops taking pictures. What should I do?

There are a lot of variables to consider - is this lens supposed to work with this camera? Some wide-angle lenses push the back element further into the mirror box than most lenses, and can be hit by the mirror, or even stop the mirror. Is the lens type supported by your camera (I'm a Nikon guy, so will give the Nikon example: using a G lens on a camera that supports D lenses)? Do you get any error messages?
