You don't, sadly. The only thing you can do if you've had the watch for some time is get new batteries put in. My 3 windows faded to nothing so I had new batteries put in, I can now see the numbers again and they are not overly bright, but they are now visible.

You need to turn the 'Sig' mode off. Press the mode button (located on the bottom left) several times until you have reach the option to view the alarms. Press on the 'Search' or bottom left button to go through all the alarms until you are at 'SIG'. Stop there and press on the 'Adjust' button (top left) to toggle the hourly beeping setting on or off.

Go to the alarms and press on the adjust button once. However, holding on to it will adjust the alarm time, and it'll flash after a beep.

Just adjust the hour in whichever direction you need to. The minutes will be the same.

You might have to go to the main screen where it shows the date. When I needed to set my clock an hour back at the end of daylight savings, I had to go to the date screen and hit adjust there, then proceed to adjust everything as necessary.

You can buy them on Amazon, eBay, etc. You can also get them at your local watch shop, although availability may be limited depending on where you live.

You will have to adjust both analog and digital times separately to match each other (I personally learnt that the hard way).

Simply press the bottom right button (referred to in this article as "Forward"). Pressing this button toggles the time between standard and military.

If the date, time and time zone are correct, the day will be correct.
