Yes, you can use this over a tattoo once the area is COMPLETELY healed. You do not want to use a depilatory product on broken skin as it may cause a negative reaction or infection. You can also choose a depilatory product specifically for private areas to remove the hair. Be sure not to get the product inside of your body, and follow all directions on the package.
