Do you want to know how many miles you walked with your iPhone? The Health app in iOS helps you keep track of your walking and running distance in steps and miles. You can easily access your step count, miles walked, and even how many flights of stairs you've climbed in a few short steps. Tracking a Mile on Your iPhone

Open your phone's Health app. Go to the "Summary" tab and tap "Show All Health Data." Tap "Walking + Running Distance." Click "D," "W," "M," or "Y" to see the total distances for the current day, week, month, or year. Tap on the graph to see the distances from previous days, weeks, months, or years.

    • You can also scroll down to Highlights and click Show All to access a more detailed summary of your walking and running distance.
    • If you have an Apple Watch, data you've synced from your watch will count toward your total distance.
