Set clear boundaries and stick to them. Regardless of what type of empath you are, sensing and feeling so many energies all the time can be overwhelming and bad for your health. Get a pet if you’re feeling lonely. It’s normal to isolate yourself and spend some time alone when human energies feel too overwhelming. To keep yourself company while you spend time alone and recharge, consider getting a pet like a dog or a cat.
