In addition to the transformation, your range for sword and fighting styles increases, and paired with the AOE moves from the Fruit, provides massive damage. You can easily solo stronger bosses, like the Cake Queen, Darkbeard , and Soul Reaper.

Magma and Buddha are the best Fruits for grinding. Magma is the best Fruit if you're grinding Sea Events because of the abilities that prevent you from drowning. For example, the Awakened version will allow you to walk on water. It's even a preferable Fruit to grind Sea Events without being Awakened.

Light and Flame are the best Fruits for grinding in the First Sea. Light and Flame have low mastery requirements. Light has the fastest flight in the First Sea, which makes it great for traveling between islands, and it deals a good amount of damage.
- Flame is cheaper and deals high damage with a low cooldown for a non-Awakened Fruit.
- The Second Sea has Bounties, so PvP is available. For that reason, Flame and Light are not good in the Second Sea. You're better off using Fruits that can handle grinding with random PvP, like Magma or Buddha.

Here are the top 10 1 being the highest and 10 being the lowest 1 - Kitsune 2 - Leopard 3 - Dragon 4 - Awakened Dough 5 - Portal 6 - Awakened Light 7 - Budha 8 - Awakened Ice 9 - T - Rex 10 - Mammoth This is what I think. All these fruits can work differently: for example, some fruits are spammable, while some are skill-based. You need to work you way to find the best match for yourself.

I currently have 2 moves awk light. For grinding, should I eat phoenix quake love or spider?

It honestly depends on your level. If you are still grinding I would say that you keep your light because it is the best for grinding out of the above-mentioned fruits. If you get your fruit fully awk then it is really good for PVP as well
