If you don’t remember the details of your dreams, interpret them as an extension of your waking life and what you’re (consciously or subconsciously) thinking about. [1]
    • Before analyzing the spiritual significance of your dreams, consider where you spend most of your time. If you’re always at the office, you may be dreaming of a colleague because your brain is still in work mode.
