Thankfully, there are some steps you can take to deal with a self-absorbed husband to make your relationship a little easier to deal with and maybe even help you feel closer. Just keep in mind that not everyone with narcissistic traits has Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), and only a licensed therapist can diagnose clinical NPD. [1]

Explain how you feel.
