    To create a filter , go to settings. You can make rules so emails from specific addresses go into a specific category or are immediately deleted. Create a filter for promotion emails easily by selecting the emails you'd like to auto-delete in the future, then click the three-dot menu and select Filter messages like these .

      • Find hidden promotion emails by searching "Unsubscribe." Although Gmail's default filters work smoothly, they can sometimes mess up and sort mail to categories or inboxes you don't check.
