I think the big thing here is to avoid getting sexual, otherwise you could come off creepy. Make her laugh, ask her questions about herself, but remember that flirty/rizz =/= explicitly sexual

If you say a rizz line then they will probably think you don't actually like them and are just joking around. Say something genuine.
