Open the Messenger app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad. If you're signed in to Facebook Messenger or Facebook on another device, you can log out remotely using the Messenger app on your phone or tablet.

Scroll down and tap Meta Accounts Center . It's the large box at the bottom of the menu. This opens an area where you can adjust your Meta account settings, as well as log out from remote devices.

Tap Password and security . It's next to an icon that looks like a shield. It should be the third option below "Account settings."

Tap Where you're logged in . This displays a list of Meta accounts you are signed into (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Threads).

Select your Facebook account. If you have more than one Meta account, tap the Facebook account you want to log out from. This will display a list of all devices you are logged into using that account.

Scroll down and tap Select devices to log out . It's the red text at the bottom of the page.

Select the device(s) you want to log out of. Tap the checkboxes next to each device you want to log out from. If you want to log out from Messenger everywhere, tap Select all at the top to select all devices at once.

Tap Log Out . It's the large blue button at the bottom of the page. This logs you out of Facebook and Facebook Messenger on all the devices you selected.

Go to https://www.facebook.com in a web browser. You can use any web browser on your computer. If you left yourself logged in to Messenger on another device (like on a school or work computer or a friend's phone), you can sign out of that session with this method.
