Ask for help or advice since Capricorn men love helping people solve their problems. Talk to him about his career and the achievements he's made in his field. Capricorns take pride in their ability to solve others’ problems. To give him the feeling that you really could use—or even really need—his help, send a Cap guy a straightforward question that he can definitely answer.
