An easy guide on how to breed this rare monster
Download Article
Rare Mammott was the first single-element rare monster added to My Singing Monsters back in 2015. While you can buy Rare Mammott from the StarShop for 1,000 Starpower, you can actually get one by breeding as long as you have the right combination of monsters. In this article we'll teach you how to breed Rare Mammott, including the best combination of parent monsters to get this unique blue Mammott.
Things You Should Know
- Any three-element monster with a Cold element can breed a Rare Mammott as long as it's bred on the island it originates from.
- You must wait for specific breeding windows to get a Rare Mammott, which occur periodically in the game.
- To increase your chances of getting a Rare Mammott, light Wishing Torches on the island you're trying to breed it on.
Steps
-
Obtain some parent monsters. Rare Mammott can only be the offspring of two three-element monsters that have the Cold element. The parent monsters both must be from the same island and must breed on that island to have a chance at making a Rare Mammott. You can technically use a T-Rox, Clamble, Bowgart, Congle, PomPom, Thumpies, Woolabee, Wynq, Sooza, Spytrap, Fiddlement, Ziggurab, Cantorell, or Clavi Gnat to breed a Rare Mammott, but the following combinations work best: [1] X Research source
- T-Rox and Clamble on Plant Island
- Congle and Wynq on Fire Oasis
- Spytrap and Fiddlement on Light Island
- Cantorell and Clavi Gnat on Faerie Island
-
Wait for an availability window. Rare Monsters can only be bred during certain windows, and Rare Mammott is particularly likely to appear during seasonal events. [2] X Research source Watch for the following rare monster availability windows [3] X Research source :
- Rares available on Plant Island, Fire Oasis, Light Island, or Faerie Island (due to the locations of the two parent monsters)
- Natural rares available
- Ice rares available
- Rare Mammott available (which hasn't occurred since 2015)

Level the parents to level 4. Monsters must be at least level 4 to breed, so while you wait for a breeding window for Rare Mammott, obtain and level up the parent monsters. [4] X Research source
-
Upgrade your Breeding Structures, if you wish. While not necessary, you can upgrade your Breeding Structures to reduce breeding times by 25%. You can upgrade your structure by spending 25 diamonds.
- You can also add Wishing Torches around your Breeding Structure to help increase the odds of a rare monster being bred. [5] X Research source Wishing Torches can be lit for 24 hours by paying 2 diamonds or be lit permanently by paying 100 diamonds.
-
Wait for your Rare Mammott to hatch. If you get a Rare Mammott egg, it will hatch in 6 hours. If you have an enhanced Breeding Structure, the egg will hatch in 4 hours and 30 minutes.
