    The False Swiping will leave Groundon with 1 health then the status move will also stop it from attacking and make it easier to catch.

      • Paralyze moves are not a better idea then freezing and sleeping moves because being paralyzed doesn't stop Groudon completely.

      • If the battle seems like it'll never end, try a Timer Ball. Their accuracy increases in proportion to the length of the battle, so they're good for catching legendaries!

      • If you don't have a sleepingor freezing Pokémon, get a high level Pokemon as a shield. That way, you can throw lots of balls!
