QuestionHow can I make a shadow if the paper is flying?Community AnswerDetermine where you want the light source to be (such as lamp, or sun -- and remember, it doesn't have to be visible in your drawing). Then, create a line and keep that line going at the same angle until it hits the ground in your drawing. Use the side of the pencil, like you would in shading, and draw the shadow getting lighter out from the middle.

QuestionHow long does drawing a newspaper take?Community AnswerDepends on your skill level and the detail you put into it. However, it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.
-
QuestionIf I was writing a newspaper article, how would it be laid out?Community AnswerIt depends on the layout of other articles on the page. Generally, you can tweak the layout to suit your needs, but it should be structured with the text in columns and any photos placed beside the text.
