The URL refers to the address of a web page. This can be shared with others or saved for later access. You can usually find this at the top of your web browser, in the address bar. Here's how to find the URL of a website using your iPhone, iPad, Android, or computer.

Open a web browser. You can use a mobile browser such as Google Chrome , Firefox , or Safari ; just be sure it's installed on your device.

Enter your search. Most mobile devices have a search engine linked to the address bar. You can simply type into the field and tap Enter or Go to search the internet.
- For example, if you're looking for the URL of Geico, the insurance company, you could type "Geico" or "Geico Insurance".
- Alternatively, go to https://www.google.com/ and enter your search in the field.

Tap a website. You'll be redirected to the website.
- You can also directly save a website's URL from the search engine's result page. Just tap and hold the link, and then select Copy Link or similar.

Tap the address bar at the top. With some devices or settings, the address bar may be at the bottom.
- When you tap the address bar, it should highlight the entire URL. If it doesn't, double-tap the URL, and then drag the two endpoints to select the entire URL.

Copy and paste the URL (optional). This highlighted link is the URL of the website . To share the address, do the following:
- Tap the highlighted URL.
- Tap Copy .
- Navigate to another app and tap a text field.
