Is your Fitbit app not showing your Sleep Score? If you have a Fitbit watch, you can track your sleep habits along with your heart rate. When it's synced to your device, Fitbit will give you a score that indicates your overall sleep quality. Here's what to do if your Fitbit Sleep Score is not working on your iPhone or iPad.
Fixing Your Fitbit Sleep Score Stats on iOS
To see your Fitbit Sleep Score, make sure your watch is secure on your wrist when you sleep. Charge it and sync it to your iPhone or iPad regularly. Keep your watch's firmware updated with the Fitbit app.
Steps
Why is Fitbit not showing my Sleep Score?
-
Sleep position and software bugs can affect your Sleep Score. If your Fitbit app isn't showing your sleep stats, you may be wearing your device too loosely. If you see the hours slept, but not the score, this could be due to a sync issue.
