Logging an Exercise

  1. This app icon looks like a blue background with white dots on it. You can find this app on either your home screen, in the app drawer, or by searching.
  2. This might also be labeled Dashboard . You'll find it at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  3. You should see a counter of your up-to-date activity.
  4. This will indicate that you have already completed the exercise and need to add it to your daily log.
  5. You can pick from the list an activity that most closely resembles your exercise. If your exercise is not listed here, choose Workout .
  6. You'll need to log how long you performed the exercise as well as the intensity levels.
  7. The exercise will be logged and added to your daily activities. [1]

Adding Exercise Shortcuts

  1. This app icon looks like a blue background with white dots on it. You can find this app on either your home screen, in the app drawer, or by searching.
  2. You'll see this and the Fitbit's model name in the top left corner of your screen.
  3. This is usually in the third grouping.
  4. This will pull up a list of all the exercises you can add to your shortcuts.
  5. This adds the exercise to your shortcuts tab. [2]
