Usually these are attained through skill and experience in your role, not to mention several years in the role/workplace. Training and qualifications in the logistics field may help, but that is for more supervisory/management/inventory roles rather than forklift driving.

In USA, Canada, and generally the rest of the Western world, the minimum age required to operate forklifts is 18 years old. You can always check with your workplace, supervisors, local safety and licencing authorities to check, there is a small chance you could be eligible to apply for a special exemption / permit (if one exists in your country). If you are not already employed in a workplace, it is unlikely they will allow you to operate forklifts under the age of 18.
