The best time to do so is at Fajr time, or in the early morning, at around 6:00. Not only does this allow you to wake up fresh and memorize easily, you can also get any school stuff out of the way in the morning before you go to school. In the evening, before or after Isha, you should have a quick read of your previous pages and also the next pages to familiarize them, so that the next morning, it's not all new. On the weekend, you have a lot of time to memorize, so use that time wisely, by memorizing for about an hour each day.
