    That depends on the brand and model. For example, with an Lamy (Safari or AL-star), you can pull out the nib and push a new one in without removing the feed. With most Pelikan pens, you can screw out the nib and feel and screw in another one. With some pens it's very difficult to replace the nib yourself.
