You can fit so much more on the table, and it's really aesthetically diverse. You also have more room for decorations and it's easier to hide your spoons and tongs and things that have food on the ends.

If there's anything that's saucy, you'll also want to include wet towelettes right by the napkins. However, don't include things like salt, pepper, or extra seasonings—if you have anything like that, it should be on its own station away from the main table.
