QuestionIt says, "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Windows Explorer." How do I close Windows Explorer? And how do I boot into Safe Mode?Community AnswerYou can close Windows Explorer from Task Manager. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del and select "Start Task Manager." Click on Windows Explorer to highlight it, then click the "End Task" button. For Safe Mode boot, restart your computer and press F8 as soon as Windows starts loading. If you find the timing difficult (as it can be on faster machines), you can restart your computer in Safe Mode when in Windows by holding the Shift key while clicking Restart.

QuestionIt says "The module "file-name" was loaded but the entry point was not found. Make sure"file-name"is a valid dll or ocx file, then try again. What can I do to fix this issue?Rudy TothCommunity AnswerA DLL is known as Dynamic Link Library. You need to find out where you can download that name dll to be installed into your computer. Once installed, reboot your machine and see what occurs next. If you can't find it through the help files, if any? Then you might have to get a new computer software and make a clean new installation from the default side of things.
