Three things you can do: 1 - Use a VPN. You can try to look for a free VPN, but the ones I have tried don't work. You'll probably have to pay for one to get anywhere. 2 - Wait. If you can't get a VPN to work then the next best thing to do is wait. Go back every week or so and see if you're still banned. Try clearing browser data too. Clear it out and you may find you have access to the site again. 3 - Give up on Omegle and use a different site. There's a few other sites that are similar, like Chatroulette, Tinychat, or JumpInChat. TC and JumpIn aren't one-on-one chats, but they still allow you to talk to strangers.
