It's very likely that your second invoice was already in the mail before you'd paid the first one. Call the tollway just to check to see if you still owe something. If they say you do, you can submit an affidavit of nonliability for toll in the mail. Look the form up online; it has the address you need on it.

That's a great question. They snap photos of both front and back license plates. If you have a front plate, you're probably better off putting the truck's plate. If you drove from a state with no front plate, the horse trailer is probably the proper number. You may need to make two separate accounts just to be sure.
