Usually when you dye your hair blonde, you're removing the pigment from your hair. In that case, you can't really remove that lightness from your hair. No. Once you've applied bleach to your hair, you cannot remove it. Bleach has to grow out as your hair grows. Your only options would be to either put dye over the hair that has been bleached, or cut your hair.

Go buy a blue shampoo. Blue cancels out orange. You can also use baking soda and dandruff shampoo (or regular shampoo). Use equal parts and let that sit in your hair for 10-15 minutes and that should help. You may need to repeat for a few days.
