Once your bank info is set up in your PayPal account, you'll transfer money to your bank account via PayPal. If all you're doing is transferring money from PayPal to your bank account and as long as you record the deposits in your ledger, nothing will be any different with regard to a need to do online banking. When you initially set up PayPal, it will send two small transactions to your bank account; you'll need to verify the amounts to PayPal before the bank account will be active for deposits/withdrawals, but if you don't want to check them online, you could just call the bank to request the amounts.
