Tap Blocked Contacts . This is towards the bottom of the page.

Tap Add New… . You can find this at the very bottom of the page. If you have a lot of blocked contacts , you'll need to scroll past the entire list.

Select the contact. This will block the contact immediately.

Unblock the contact. Swipe left on their name in the Blocked Contacts list and tap Unblock .
