Ways to Turn Off Meta AI on Facebook

In the US, users can't opt out of Meta AI training, but European users can by going to Facebook's privacy settings. In the app, the Meta AI chatbot can't be disabled, but you can mute it by tapping the "i" button in the chat window. Meta AI comment summaries can also be disabled by going to your Facebook posts settings.
