You can use eggs to help you care for your hair and skin. Consuming nutrition-rich eggs as part of a healthy diet will help keep your skin and hair healthy from the inside.   1. Try a simple egg white mask . Eggs are often used as an ingredient in homemade face masks, and you can make a face mask just using egg whites.
